Man, don't start dabbling with legal highs.

I understand the potential of painkillers and the dependency it can cause, I started using opiates to put problems / fuck-ups to rest. Had a shitty date? I'd take dilauded and feel much 'better'. BUT I don't think I'll ever be doing them again, it just causes more anxiety in the long run. I can't even imagine getting really addicted to them to the point of dependency...

One thing to consider is how do people perceive not you - but the relationship between you and the drugs? Are they wrong? Right?

Here's something to try if you'd like. By no means will it make you feel like you're high on SSRIs or opiates, but can strongly encourage your quitting. Drink lots of water, eat vegetarian, have a few kombucha teas, go jogging, and try meditating for a bit. That way you're detoxifying your system with the water + kombucha, detoxing the mental status with the meditation, and the jogging will release the natural opioids in your body - endorphins (which will release dopamine and make you feel better).

Best of luck!

What's kind of wierd is that I have been a health fanatic for the past 5 years. I would work out 2 hours a day 5 days a week. i loved the natural buzz from cardio. Drink alot of water, eat salads and only low calorie shit. All while fucked up on some pill or another. SInce I have been quiting the shit I have been reuniting with my anorexic behaivor. I don't have time to work out so I don't eat. When I do eat it is very mentally stressful I promised my husband I will not puke so I just have to deal with the anxiety. Thanks for the advice!
