On my iPod - half to three quarters; on my stereo - 7 to 14, the maximum volume is 50.

Rarely

Not really, but The Scientists were uncomfortably loud.

At work I listen to music 8 hours a day, 3 days a week. Pretty much always when I'm at home.

Not so much at home as I'd say I play music at a pretty reasonible level.. in a live environment and practicing music I'd say that's when I'm more at risk.

10% but it's a pretty loud system. Never played it over 20%.

(usually 2/3, unless I'm walking on the street or the bus, which is loud and requires louder music, the street traffic is at leat 90dB, which means yr music must be louder to hear it)

(when I did work in loud as warehouses and factories, they provided earing protection, which we all used to get through the day, needless to say industrial background noise is often not musical like in a charlie chaplin flick)
