I always feel like these sorts of threads are some sort of vote to see if more people on the Sonic Youth board approve or disapprove of a band. If we must vote, put me down as yes for Pet Sounds. I have no idea what that proves, but hopefully our statistical accuracy is increased.

I listened to Pet Sounds this morning for the first time in a while. Such a gorgeous record. Beats the shit out of Sgt. Pepper's.
The only other albums from them I like is Today, Sunflower, and Surf's Up. Friends is pretty good too from what I remember of it.
