Cool! Dr. Think was the original guitarist for Bad Brains in 67. I think he got replaced by HR in 98.

I was watching a recent Bad Brains video on Youtube and there was some random NYC white guy singing! The show was pretty shitty too. Dr Know's amp kept cutting out between songs. I would have killed to see them in their prime.

It really sucked when he got replaced, people would laugh at us and go "Hahah now you really have to pay to cum but you have money!".

I want to build a time machine so I can go see all of these cool bands like that in the past. I will make it one day. I want to see this festival where SY and the Beastie Boys played on the same day, around the Confusion Is Sex era.

saw a festival here in aus the lineup included sy, pavement, the amps, beastie boys, bikini kill, beck, foo fighters, from memory this was about 1995
