WHEY!! How the hell Liverpool's defense screw up a two game lead I've no idea. On the otherside how the hell Arsenal managed to be 2 goals down is beyond me. CRAP DEFENCE.
Guardiola has been talking about wanting Suarez for Munich. Now that's all well and good until I found out who Suarez's agent is...Guardiola's brother! Could be the big move in the summer.

I've said this before but I could handle Fellaini leaving Everton. However if Baines left I'd be beside myself. Just a brilliant, workhorse player.

& on other news, southampton put a pretty decent fight against man u. decent but not good enough :/ fun match though with southampton taking the lead before minute 3.

I didn't see the game but Man U looked like did their usual thing of playing below par but doing just enough for the win.

As for Baines, I'm just amazed more teams aren't making serious bids for him. And how long can Spurs realistically keep hold of Bale? No disrespect to Spurs but the guy's good enough to play for anyone. Has he ever even mentioned that he wants to move on?

i think he said if the club was right he would. that basically means champions league and i heard real where looking at him so maybe he will be off there.

Ethiopia's inexperience showed but again, we're building for the future and we're proud to have a truly national team that is full of homegrown, non-Euros players. Europe is swallowing talent like the NBA, and it is just as ridiculous as the American team in the Olympics ( I mean seriously, is allowing all the uber-athletes of the world to naturalize and essentially become the World All-Sport All-Star team even count?)..

I applaud Ethiopia for even being able to compete and make it for the first time in more than 30 years. As a nation, so much has happened since then, and the future is so much brighter for the first time in a long time. Its nice that football is one of those bright spots, especially as the rest of the world finally catches up with our distance running game

They won 2-1 again. Think this is the 8th game in a row were the result has been 2-1.

Not many shocks going on on the last day of the transfer window, save for QPR's hilarious panic buying. Anyone hear about Odemwingie actually driving down to the QPR offices to try and get a transfer to them? It's ballsy to say the least. Especially when you consider the fact that he hasn't had permission to go into talks with QPR. Man, if that doesn't go through for him you can guarantee the rest of his season is going to be a series of benches and boos whenever he does play for West Brom.
