I have to say though, as far as chopped n screwed music goes, to ME the chopped part is just as important. I have some albums that are just screwed, and though I like it, it's not as great as when Michael Watts or someone cuts the shit up, throws chorus n flanger n other effects over the shit, adds instruments, etc. Ther'es a lot mroe to it than just playing it slow. But oh well.
