I wouldn't rate ATL first, but it's definitely way up there - Hoarfrost is one of Lee's finest moments, and the rest of the album is great as well. It has such a lovely ethereal / dream-like quality to it.
Mind you, Silver Session is in my top 5, so take my opinion with lots of salt.
