Why is it that when women say stupid shit about men they're being 'feminists,' but when men say stupid shit about women they're being 'misogynists'?

I think that a lot of male disrespect for women comes from having to begrudgingly treat one another as equals. You have something we want, yet we've agreed not to just take it from you even though we physically can. And you Lord it over us.
