I sat upstairs by myself that show with no money for drinks, no one to talk to and no cigarettes to go outside and smoke. I remember I had a throbbing headache but was quite determinded to sit through both support acts
and see SY. I remember alternating between a state of extreme annoyance (wanting to give up, fuck off and go home) and trying to force myself to enjoy the noise and find something interesting and pretty in it.
