i would *highly* recommend the readings of your compatriots richard dawkins and desmond morris. the books are a bit old (especially morris's), but they still make idiotic "cultural theorists" shit bloodclots of rage. why? because they hit the nail right on the head. from morris, the naked ape is a classic. from dawkins, the selfish gene. they will open your eyes and it will be terrifying but i'll promise you, it will be a revolution in your understanding of our very silly species. and they are FUN books!
