Hi there, I've been posting here for a while (and on the old board, too), but since I've been around more than usual...
I'm Nick. I'm 24, I live in Massachusetts, I'm a writer and I work at a newspaper here, and when I can, I've run a mainly music website (in the signature) for the last year and half.
I've seen Sonic Youth a few times (most recently at Bonnaroo), and I'm checking them out again in Boston in September.
Other bands I'm obsessed with: Pearl Jam, the Who, Neil Young, the Beatles, Queens of the Stone Age, Black Rebel Motorcycle Club, Radiohead the Flaming Lips, Ride, Spoon, Jimi Hendrix, Gomez, Jeff Buckley, Bob Dylan, Ryan Adams, Mark Lanegan... and that's enough for now, I think.
