it is indeed, the huts are for the exceedingly ca$$$hed accountants who live up on top to root their young wannabe starlet secretaries. those things are totally redundant but imbeciles pay like $300k for them. THE BEACH ISN'T EVEN NICE. much prefer brighton in the UK. now
