I prefer Isn't Anything to Loveless because it just has more depth. Loveless for the most part is just riff, verse, riff, verse, extended riff. IA actually has choruses, bridges, better hooks, just all around better songs and thus a better record.

I still enjoy Loveless, but will say along with OK Computer it's the most overrated record of the 90s. I'd enjoy it so much more if so many people weren't always talking about how perfect it is, especially considering Isn't Anything is RIGHT there and is a better overall record. Both records have their certain charms though, I think.

Of course, if you take some of the tracks from the EPs Glider and Tremelo, like say Off Your Face, Honey Power, and Don't Ask Why, then it's a much better record, still not maybe as good as Isn't Anything, but better than what it is now.
