start with the album(s) (or even individual songs) you like the most and search for concerts from that era, e.g. on Youtube. Make sure it's not super low quality, e.g. there are videos in only 240p, simply skip them. It will only hurt your ears.
For instance I could suggest anything from 1995/1996 because of Diamond Sea, but if you hate that song then that would not be a right suggestion.
If you search for individual songs, especially one that they kept playing throughout the years, you can check how it would evolve over the years. Or even during a year (or tour).

my personal favourite era is 1998 when they were touring A Thousand Leaves, it actually already started in 1997 when they started playing those new songs live as instrumentals. And there was Anagrama too, I was absolutely addicted to that one.
