Ralph the bum...fucked in the head Vietnam Vet...allegedly pissed right in the middle of the local bowling alley, walked into a store I was working at a long time ago and asked what happened to the store that was in the same location about 20 years earlier...I heard he died in a fire when he was sleeping by a dumpster.
