Amazon.com are selling it for $6.98 even though it states on the cover "PAY NO MORE THAN $1.98"
I don't know of any other Mirror Traffic outtakes that
were released but there are plenty of unreleased Malkmus songs... SM & the Jicks did perform Surreal Teenagers for the Jimmy Fallon show as a web exclusive but I can't find the video online anywhere now.
