You're the first person to make sense. Aside from touring together and living in the same city, the bands really don't sound similar, or close to it.

As an aside, Ferdie, Skot, and Christian are some of the nicest people you'll meet.

I haven't seen them with the new guitar player yet (Scott?).. I think they're on tour right now.
