I used to think water was boring and only drank soda/juice. And of course i started getting kidney stones...
Now I love water!
I'm finally kicking my soda habit by replacing it with a habit to Arizona jGreen Tea with Ginseng and Honey.
Less sugar and caffeine and I prefer them to soda now. I used to crave the carbonation, but after a few weeks without it, I don't at all like the bloated feeling it gives.
