I didn't
want to quit. It was more a case of if I drank again my body was telling me I'd basically snuff it - such was the absolute state my body was in. The answer turned out to be to simply not drink cheap anymore..
I've just had my bacon, sausage, and mushroom breakfast, at 2pm. Oh the joy of new year.
