It isn't even the troll issue that aggravates me -
to reiterate what chabib said, in a less eloquent way
who gives a flying fuck about the opinion someone on the internet holds of you? And anyone with an iota of intelligence realizes that responding to such bait only exacerbates the situation.
What bothers me is illogical thinking/behavior in the face of ample evidence.
i.e., stupidity pisses me off. There's no excuse for it.
It's an unfortunate situation of modern society that an individual must be accountable for the stupidity of his/her peers. It seems to be a common belief that lack of preventative behavior on your part constitutes a contribution to the other person's idiocy.
