so I've emailed there and that's the answer I got:

We've been selling independent music all over the world for 20+ years now. This is the first UK experiment with BEGN so I'm not even sure myself yet how it's going to work! Basically, it seems by placing the preorder you will qualify for all the extras. The price of vinyl and CD has been set by the record company. I'm expecting vouchers and more information to arrive closer to the actual release date. If you place an order, as I hope you will, no payment will actually be taken until everything's ready to send. Sorry to be a bit vague, this seems to be the most complex release I've yet come across!"
