Yes, and that business was created and founded on genuine artists' blood, sweat and tears, not by businessmen. It's not naive to want to maintain a spirit of goodwill between bands and artists, especially when it's at the expense of greed and big soulless companies. It's no different from having a union at your workplace.

But, no, this isn't a union, and the music business is a cold, heartless thing, but that doesn't excuse one of the biggest selling bands (Radiohead) from cheap big-business marketing tricks which are designed to make them look better than everyone else, because they can afford to do it. It doesn't especially offend me that they did it because I see through Radiohead anyway, but KG's point is valid.
