message boards are the ultimate democratic process, offending threads that nobody wants to see will fall quickly. so who cares?? if bandwidth is a problem, just don't click!

even though I'm guilty of a parody or two myself, it's usually after there's already been an explosion with each thread becoming worse than the one before it. most don't last but an hour or two, but those that do become epic. that's the internet for ya. I'll also admit that passing out facepalms is verrrrry funny to me. dif'rent strokes.

my burning question is: why let the little things bother you? I'm all for taking a stand...but against parody threads???

Yeah, but why so often these parody threads leave you with the impression that not even the person who starts them find them funny? I think 90% of the time it's only a case of someone being stubborn just because of other posters saying that they're stupid, not because they themselves find them amusing.
