the closest star to Earth (besides Sol of course) is Proxima Centauri. It is over 4 light years away.
The "shell" of data being broadcast out from Earth (The Earth shines brighter than the Sun due to our endless broadcasting of all frequencies, radio, tv, microwave, etc etc) is only about 60 light years out now, so it only has reached maybe .000001% of the stars in our galaxy.
the odds that one of those stars has intelligent life capable of capturing and decoding that information, much less understanding the Nazi Olympics, is riDONK.
The Galaxy is 100,000 light years across. at least
