The combat system is a little clunky, but the plot is undeniably incredible. Lots of weird shit is afoot in Sigil.
This game is hard as shit, but it's still badass. I actually started it a long time ago but never beat it. I'm going to try it with a more mature mind, maybe I'll make it this time.
As for soundtracks I agree that Fallout, Super Metroid, and Mega Man 2 have incredible soundtracks. One of my favorites is Star Control 2, some really amazing and hilarious stuff going on there.
