why is standard & poor so interested in euro countries ratings?
i was thinking about and then i see it on the news
strange, no, not really
i was thinking that who has the most benefit from these ratings?
1.standard & poor is american based and a multinational payed-influenced
2. china has a lot of money in america
if the $ get high it's good for china
and china also urged the europeans to get their business together
