I recently received news that a song of mine will be released on a 3 CD compilation from Carbon Records http://www.carbonrecords.com. The compilation will be called "I Don't Think the Dirt Belongs to the Grass." and my contribution is titled "ItCouldn'tBeHim"

please feel free to check my other songs at my website http://www.studiesinsound.com

But what I'm most excited about is that I have also learned from Crabon Records that Thurston Moore will also be contributing a track. I don't know the title of his track. It is truly an honor to be included on this 3 CD comp with Thurston.

I'm pretty damned psyched!

Anyway please check out my music and drop me a line.

Hey John this is good news i myself have been wondering about this release for sometime, I'm also in a noise band called Caustic Solution from Buffalo, NY and we also will have a track on this compilation. It is an excerpt of the live performance we did at the first show of the Sunburned Hand of the Man/Magik Markers tour from last summer (a short audio/video excerpt was up at Ecstatic Peace dot com). I know Joe of Carbon Records/Pengo and had been corresponding w/ him about the release, but haven't heard anything in quite sometime, John also from Pengo told me last year that it was to be released early this year and thats when i learned that Thurston was to have a track as well... Is this listed on the Carbon site as a release yet? i don't believe i see it...
