the reindustrialization needs to go forward not backwards

renewable energies not coal mining

healthcare, biotech, airspace, telecommunications, electric/self-driving/energy efficient automotive, software development, advanced chemical/materials, robotics, machine tools, military, all kinds of r&d & IP creation, etc.

just the other day there was a government report that shows that outdoor recreation is a bigger sector of the economy than mining and fossil fuel extracton.
