I don't disagree with any of Morrissey's points there but he'd do well to extend them beyond his views on hunting. There are far worse things about Cameron and his government than his attitude to foxes. Morrissey was a far more interesting pop star when he wasn't shackled to a single issue. 'Meat is Murder' was an important song for the Smiths but it never defined them in the way that Morrissey has since allowed it to define him. I'm sure Marr wasn't thinking about Cameron's policy on hunting when making his objections.
