Just got these,
La Strega... never showed up on the Forced Exposure site, so I just got it on discogs.com from a US seller, later saw some at the Amoeba store. It is my favorite of the two, two long pieces on the A side and covers on the B side, including some of my favorite Brittish folk and folk-rock songs. I am already a fan of that material, it was awesome to hear Dylan cover them. Since no one else seems to mention that kind of stuff here, here are links to some of the originals, or as one is traditional, the sources Dylan likely heard them from.

I'll let you find the Kinks and PJ Harvey songs on your own...
The double 7inch was less engaging to me, ambient guitar playing with spoken word. Glad there is a second disc with instrumentals.
