Thanks for this one. I keep browsing through Creative Review at school, but haven't noticed that article. Maybe it's an off magazine thing.

I do admire the packaging and graphics of Southern Lord releases and always feel wrong if I buy a cd instead of vinyl.

It's funny that O'malleys personal work's generally quite splintered and hectic as opposed to his music, which is rather static.

I saw SunnO))) in Helsinki in january and it was, as expected, quite something. Not violently crushing heavy, but still pretty physical. Loudest thing I've seen, not so surprisingly.
