Star Feminine Band
Quote:
Star Feminine Band are a group of 7 girls, aged between 10 and 17 years old, from Natitingou, a remote town in the north of Benin. In 2016 they responded to a local radio call out to take part in a series of music training sessions. Previous experience was not neccesary. Indeed, none of the girls had come close to a guitar, microphone or drumkit before.

Wild Classical Music Ensemble
Quote:
In current times, how should mental disability be dealt with in an unrestrained, open-minded way? How can we take on this difference not as a barrier but as an opportunity? By directly confronting its creative force and abounding energy. And what better place for this than on a stage, where disability ceases to be a “negative” and becomes a “positive”, finally revealing exceptionally strong human beings, without any blinders or artifices.
Lee Ranaldo has played with them, but not on record (yet), nor can I find any video of it on YT
