It's just a matter of how they interpret the sound waves that they feel, I suppose.

the grateful dead served just such a purpose with their almost unnecessarily loud amplification through out the 1970s and 1980s. "Deaf Heads" would come sometimes by the dozen and dance right in front of the speakers to the sonic vibrations. as a result, there is a considerable following of the dead amongst deaf folk.
