Movies I bought in the past week:
- Breaking Point (supposedly a completely insane movie by the guy who made Thriller: A Cruel Picture...)
- Death Spa (been looking for this one for years! Gory as FUCK-ALL 80's horror film.. so sleazy and trashy.. I remember watching the trailer for this before Henry so many times)
- Diane Linkletter Story (Waters...)
- Doily's Summer of Freak Occurences (already watched this; another Giuseppe masterpiece!)
- Doom Asylum (someone described this to me as "weird and insane".. so I bought it)
- Invisible Maniac (have a foggy memory of this.. I love Adam Rifkin though.. Dark Backward, Psycho Cop 2, Night at the Golden Eagle, Look... etc... so I finally bought the DVD)
- L'Ange (supposedly the "most beautfiul art film ever made", whatever that means)
- Mondo Trasho (Waters.. replacing my VHS)
- Multiple Maniacs (Waters.. replacing my VHS)
- Nightmare in a Damaged Brain (FINALLY am getting this! uncut!)
- Perverse Preachers, Fascist Fundamentalists and Kristian Kiddie Kooks (this is insane... look up clips for it on youtube... all these christian brainwashing propoganda clips.. crazy/scary/hilarious shit)
- Shaye and Kiki (rented this off netflix and it was the MOST INSANE MOVIE I'VE EVER SEEN IN MY ENTIRE LIFE -- so I bought a copy)
- Small White House (this one is supposedly extremely weird, it has JFK and Elvis impersonators in a bizarre art film context.. okay!?)
- Space Disco 1 (no-budget film reccomended to me.. I love this director's "reflections of evil" and "untitled star wars mockumentary" so I'm very excited)
- Subconscious Cruelty (all sorts of bizarre stories about God raping women and sawing their clits off)
- Szamanka (supposedly a crazy ass film by the guy who made Possession)
All those movies combined only cost me about $80. Not bad. I also burnt HART OF LONDON (crazy 1970's art film.. it's on ubuweb), DEATH POWDER (i put this up on youtube too), TOKYO FIST (replaced my vhs), BRAIN DAMAGE (replaced my vhs), RIKI-OH: STORY OF RICKY (replaced my vhs), STREET TRASH (replaced my VHS), and JESUS CHRIST VAMPIRE HUNTER.
