Last night at The Stage diner I ordered a grilled cheese with bacon and tomato, not the healthiest thing but I needed some comfort.
I was thinking this is the ultimate grilled cheese, but I realized as I ate I could probably put a fried egg on this and it would be really good. I mentioned it to Andre the grill meister and he said he did it all the time.
