I had to call the fire department today! we had a huge storm that knocked a branch onto the powerlines of the across-the-street neighbors. although it was burning they said that they couldn't do anything about it.
it was still smoldering 2 hours later.
my neighborhood is crawling with trucks from the electric company....maybe it'll start sparking again and they can find it in the dark.
