I remember seeing Acid Mothers Gong at the RFH a few years ago and Cotton Casino was smoking in what is a very non-smoking venue, probably to do with said 'artistic integrity'. I suspect that it'll only be a week or so before someone in some band sparks up onstage and there's a furore or some such.
