Murder? Not necessarily. The statistics were telling, the overwhelming majority of dead bodies found in the state of Washington with even a sizable fraction of the blood morphine levels stated to be found in the body of Kurt Cobain not only died of overdoses, but were most frequently found with needles still in their arms.. How does such folks then shoot themselves?

The data and conversion rates could be wrong. It could all be a misunderstanding. Shit, Kurt could have even been a rare breed of functional addicts whose system could have tolerated such high doses. However, all signs aside from the shotgun blast to the head are typical of "golden shot" intentional overdoses.
