musicians like what they like. I am talking about the audiences, the fickle fickle audiences which support musicians careers.

I mean, you can "rock" like a shit band called Cowboy Mouth, and if the audience supports you you can tour and tour and tour endlessly.

I do not see that happening for the current hip hop acts, but maybe we will see them at the county fair like we see foghat, Peter Cetera, or in the future Sonic Youth?
