Wouldn't it be more reasonable to contact TicketWeb and try to straighten it out first? Yes, it sucks to be charged without receiving tickets, but this is an imperfect world. Give people a chance to rectify things before blowing whistles. On the other hand, if it turns out to be a chronic problem with TicketWeb, and they just can't handle this sort of technology, then they should get out of the business.
