I bought it when it came out the first time and beat it. Then sold it a year or so later. Picked it up about 3 weeks ago for $5ish. Playing on and off ever since. It took me about 4 days to get through the train stage because I kept having to restart due to low health/no health items. The lack of item boxes is the biggest issue because you have to keep dropping your heavy hitting weapons and go to fetch them later from the other side of the map.
I might beat it tomorrow if I get a chance to play. I have sufficient grenade/magnum ammo and a few herbs left.
