For me personally? I dunno...eat healthier mainly. I have been eating better, but sometimes I just don’t eat or I just really don’t get a variety of food groups in my meals. I mean...I got some fat I could get rid of
But main goal is to just tag along with my girl. She’s gonna be health coach or something and I guess is using me as a guinea pig lol. I mean, she’s doing it as well...but she’s already fit as fuck. I dunno..I think her goal is to just be more scheduled with her meals as well..
