the flea market, tiaguis cultural del chopo is on Aldama street, between the streets of Sol of Luna, Colonia Guerrero; besides Ferrocarriles de México (that's spanish for "mexican railroads"). you can go by metro to guerrero station and it's right outside of it. you'll need some more directions depending where you are going from, though.

the pyramids are like half an hour outside the city itself and those are intact (well, a little worn from erosion and age). what you are talking about is the metropolitan cathedral, which is located right in the middle of the historic downtown, on the zocalo. that cathedral was built on top of the major temple of the aztecs. there are actually historic ruin sightings right besides the temple and you can watch that stuff.
