recently i have been obsessed with schubert's 9th symphony.

I was never really that into Schubert - the trout's ok, but not something I'd go to immediately. A mate of mine insisted I listened to the 9th and a couple of the other symphonies. He's right, Schubert is pretty awesome, the 9th particularly.

I haven't really had any great revelations with t'classical of late. Hosakawa, Gubdailina, Grisey, Schnittke are sitting in my recently listened to pile. I keep thinking I need to spend more time with Lutoslawski - anyone know what's good of his? I have the Naxos Concerto for Orchestra and fancy I should get more.
