It is called stinky tofu. it is tofu fermented/rotted in a crazy liquid made with rotten milk, fish, etc.
some people fry it (Taiwan) others eat it in a hot pot. It smells like someone scraped the ass cheese off of the worlds filthiest fat homeless.
The other food is so good though!
