thats not entirely true.. its not that we are tilting the balance, its that the earth's nature cycles are tilting against us, and our own activities only accentuate the problem. We not only need to stop adding fuel to the fire, but we must also learn to cope with the consequences of a naturally warming planet. We can NEVER stop global warming, even if we stopped burning any and every fossil fuel. We can only readjust to the planet's natural cycles of warming and cooling, or else face the cataclysm of apathy..
