Yeah, I'm a big Fulci fan. I have been for a long time. I find him really interesting. I enjoy how shoddy and inept some of his films were, when he was CLEARLY a talented director ("Lizard in a Woman's Skin" is extremely well-directed, almost mindblowingly so).
I think some of his horror films are genuinely horrifying, too.
I like how all his films have this really weird rhythm to them, in the editing and the dialogue and such. I dunno. I actually think he's quite underrated, usually people that talk about him in any context focus only on Zombie, House by the Cemetary (bleh), and the Beyond. There's actually a lot of amazing stuff in his huge body of work.
