Isn't a direct cold hard cable jammed into your computer always better, though? The few times I've used the Wi-Fi at the office I've only gotten 60% of the maximum speed. The ISP did give us this thingumybob that I've never even taken out of the box; can't remember the name now, but I think all it does is expand the wireless connection's reach, and since the office is basically a shoebox, well...
