it is possible, there are already tuberculose resistant viruses and other deadly uncontroleable viruses then can spread very fast
mostly they are kept in an isolated place in the hospital
still there are doctors and medical staff die'ing from the spread of this viruses
hospitals in greece, spain and italy have problems
if you have more resistant viruses in the future
then there is also a high change that there will come an epidemic worldwide
with no chance of cure
and everyone who has the virus must die isolated to stop the spread
