Metallic TK documents our most recent--and most raucous--performance, at the Lausanne Underground Film Festival in October 2019. Cory and Alan were there in person, Howie Skyped in. We went on at 2 in the morning, after a full schedule of electronic noise artists, and whoever was left in the audience was either wasted or an insomniac (or both). At any rate, it was the most polarized reaction in the group's history, which is saying something. Usually at a Title TK show, the audience experiences the seven stages of grief--shock and denial, pain and guilt, anger and bargaining, depression, the upward turn, reconstruction, and acceptance and hope--but in this case they just stopped at anger. You will hear us being pelted and heckled, but what you can't see is a punter running onstage to try to shut down the laptop Howie was visible on, or the one who was twerking in the audience. It makes Iggy and the Stooges' infamous Metallic KO live bootleg--which our tape's design is based on--look like Frampton Comes Alive.
